was formed in 1978 by J. Hamilton Givan and Patricia Givan
with the intention of serving the Sound, Video, and Security
fields. Mr. Givan's background is as follows:

Jay Givan joined the company
as an outside salesman in late 1992 after receiving his BA
from Plymouth (NH) State College and graduating Musician's
Institute in Los Angeles, CA. Jay's background brings practical
experience in both Pro-Audio and Sound fields.
Our aim is to provide the best possible coverage of New
England. As sample carrying reps, we believe the only way
for a dealer to know your product line is for us to show
them.
We are convinced our twenty plus years experience, coupled
with our engineering and pro-audio backgrounds, that Givan
Associates gives out manufacturers the best possible representation
in New England.
